Is the design really free?Yes. Your dimensional plan, 3D drawings and itemised quote are completely free, and there’s no obligation to buy.
How long does the design take?Send us your room sizes and we’ll usually have your plan, 3D drawings and quote back to you within 1–2 days.
What do I need to send you?Your wall, window and door measurements, a few photos of the room and any ideas you have. A rough sketch is fine, and we’ll ask if anything’s missing.
Can you measure the room for me?If you live in Gloucestershire, one of our designers can visit your home to measure up and talk through ideas. You can also bring your sizes to our Cheltenham showroom.
Can I make changes to the design?Yes. Change the layout, range or colour as often as you like until it’s exactly right.
I already have a quote from another company. Can you price it?Yes. Send us their design or quote and we’ll price the same kitchen for you, like for like, and suggest where we can improve it.
Do I need to choose a door style first?No. Tell us what you like, or that you’re not sure yet, and we can suggest ranges and colours. You can see them in our showroom or order sample doors.
How long does delivery take?On average, kitchens in a stocked door colour are delivered in 2–3 weeks, and paint to order colours in 4–5 weeks.
Do you fit kitchens?You can fit it yourself, or use a local installer we recommend. Ask us about fitting when you book your design.
