Solid oak dovetail drawers are a mark of a well-made kitchen: the interlocking joints are strong, the oak looks good every time you open a drawer, and they suit in-frame, Shaker and traditional designs. We stock Second Nature dovetail drawers for 300mm to 1000mm cabinets, and Probox Swift drawer boxes, made in the UK for 300mm to 1200mm cabinets, lay-on or in-frame, with matching Vision larder drawers and oak internal drawer fronts. They run on Blum Movento soft-close runners, listed alongside. Measure the inside of your cabinet, then call 01242 226912 or visit our Cheltenham showroom and we will check the sizes with you.

What are dovetail drawers?Drawer boxes made from solid oak, with the corners joined by interlocking dovetail joints rather than screws or metal sides. They are strong, last for years and suit in-frame, shaker and traditional kitchens.
Which oak drawers do you sell?Second Nature dovetail oak drawers for 300mm to 1000mm cabinets, and Probox Swift oak dovetail drawer boxes made in the UK for 300mm to 1200mm cabinets, lay-on or in-frame, 90mm or 180mm high. Probox also make Vision larder drawers with glass sides and oak internal drawer fronts.
What runners do oak drawers need?Concealed undermount runners, usually Blum Movento soft-close. Match the runner length to the drawer depth: 270mm runners for 260mm deep Swift boxes, 450mm for 440mm and 500mm for 490mm. We list the runners on the same page.
Will oak drawers fit my existing kitchen?Usually, if you know the inside width of the cabinet and whether your doors are lay-on or in-frame. Send us the measurements or call 01242 226912 and we’ll pick the right size before you order.
