What delivery costs and how long it takes, for complete kitchens, doors and parts, worktops and appliances. Prices below are plus VAT unless stated. We confirm your delivery date when you order.

Kitchen delivery by postcode
A complete kitchen is delivered as one order, and accessories ordered with it are included in the kitchen delivery charge. Check your postcode:

Kitchens are delivered between 9:00am and 5:30pm to the address you choose, and someone must be there to sign for them. Orders are processed straight away, subject to stock. Standard lead time is around 2 to 3 weeks; kitchens painted to order take around 4 to 5 weeks.
Doors, parts and accessoriesSeparate orders: £10 + VAT
Doors, handles, stainless steel, ceramic, composite and granite sinks, taps, storage and Second Nature worktops ordered on their own are £10 + VAT to mainland UK. (Appliances have their own charge: see below.)
- Delivered by courier between 9:00am and 5:30pm to the address you choose.
- Someone must be there to sign: goods can’t be left without a signature.
- Standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, subject to stock. Next-day delivery isn’t guaranteed.
- If something is out of stock we’ll tell you straight away, and you can wait for it or cancel it.
We’ll always try to meet the delivery window you ask for, but can’t be responsible if a carrier arrives outside it. We recommend booking tradespeople only once your order has arrived.
AppliancesAppliance delivery: £40 + VAT per order
- Appliances ordered on their own (ovens, hobs, hoods, fridges, freezers, dishwashers and laundry from CDA) are £40 + VAT per order (£48 including VAT) to mainland UK, however many appliances you order.
- Appliances ordered with a complete kitchen come with the kitchen, with no extra delivery charge: you just pay the kitchen delivery for your postcode.
- Appliances with doors, handles or other parts (but no kitchen): £40 + VAT for the appliances plus £10 + VAT for each supplier’s parts.
- Someone must be there to sign for appliances. Please check each box for damage before you sign, and call us on 01242 226912 if anything isn’t right.

WorktopsWorktop delivery: £25 + VAT per order
Worktops come by national carrier, which has its own delivery policy. Drivers deliver to the kerbside and help unload, but don’t carry worktops inside, so depending on how many you’ve ordered you may need one or two people to help. Quartz worktops are templated and fitted by us, so they aren’t delivered this way.

How long does delivery take?On average, kitchens and doors in a stocked colour are delivered in 2–3 weeks, and paint to order colours in 4–5 weeks. We confirm your delivery date when you order.
Do you deliver outside Gloucestershire?Yes, to mainland UK. Use the postcode table above for complete kitchens; parts ordered on their own are £10 + VAT anywhere on the mainland.
Can I collect from the showroom?Call 01242 226912 to arrange collection from 60 Alstone Lane, Cheltenham.
What if something arrives damaged?Call us on 01242 226912 as soon as you can. Your statutory rights are not affected by our delivery or returns terms.
