Ordering and payment

How do I order?

Add what you need to your basket and send your order, or call us on 01242 226912. We check stock and delivery, then call or email you to take payment.

When do I pay?

When you send your order, we check stock and delivery, then call or email you to take payment. Nothing is charged when you send it.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes. Call 01242 226912, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

On average, kitchens and doors in a stocked colour are delivered in 2–3 weeks, and paint to order colours in 4–5 weeks. We confirm your delivery date when you order.

How much is delivery?

Doors, handles, sinks, taps, storage and other parts ordered on their own are £10 + VAT to mainland UK. A complete kitchen is charged by postcode area, from £75 + VAT (Gloucestershire and the Midlands) up to £250 + VAT, with accessories included. Worktops are £25 + VAT per order. Our delivery page lists every postcode area.

Do you deliver outside Gloucestershire?

Yes, across mainland UK. Parts ordered on their own are £10 + VAT anywhere on the mainland, and complete kitchens are charged by postcode area. See our delivery page for every area.

Cabinets and sizes

What are the cabinets like?

Every cabinet is a rigid, factory-built 18mm carcase, including the back panel, colour-matched to your doors. Drawers are Blum soft-close as standard, and every carcase has a 25-year guarantee.

Can units be made to a non-standard size?

Yes. Every cabinet is made to order, so units can be made to any width, height or depth to fit your room.

Do units arrive built?

Yes. Units are fully rigid and arrive built, with the door fitted, so there’s no flat-pack assembly.

How accurate are the sizes?

All external measurements have a tolerance of +3/-3mm because of the nature of the product.

Design, prices and fitting

Is the kitchen design really free?

Yes. Your dimensional plan, 3D drawings and itemised quote are free, with no obligation to buy. They’re usually back to you in 1–2 days.

Will you beat a cheaper quote?

Yes. Under our price promise, if another UK kitchen company quotes you less for the same products, send us their written quote before you order and we’ll beat it.

Do you fit kitchens?

You can fit it yourself, or use a local installer we recommend. Ask us about fitting when you book your free design.

Do you visit homes?

Yes, for customers in Gloucestershire we can visit to measure and talk through your kitchen at home.
