Supermatt colours are soft to the touch, fingerprint resistant and the same on both sides, so they work for open shelving too. Ultragloss colours add a deep, mirror-like shine. Colours on screen are a guide: ask us for a sample.

Edges

Three edge options, no extra charge

Every Zurfiz door and drawer front is edged on all four sides with PUR glue, which stands up to heat and steam far better than ordinary hot-melt glue.

Matching edge

The edge is the same colour as the door, for a clean, seamless look. Made in every colour.

Plywood effect edge

A layered plywood-look edge that gives slab doors a Scandinavian, natural feel. Made in every colour.

Glass effect edge

A clear 3D edge that looks just like glass, for a striking modern finish. Made in 12 ultragloss colours.

How to measure

1. Measure the door , not the cabinet: height first, then width, in millimetres.
2. Measure every door and drawer front, even ones that look the same.
3. Note end panels, plinth lengths and corner posts.

End panels, plinth and rails to match

Choose Panels or Accessories in the builder above for prices in your colour: end panels 900 × 350, 900 × 650 and 2400 × 650mm, panels cut to any size, plinth, capping rail, multi-purpose rail, L-shaped corner posts and edging tape in matching, glass or plywood effect.

Wrap-around C and G panels and InRail true handleless doors are made to order: send us your sizes for a price.

What are Zurfiz doors?

Zurfiz is BA’s made to measure range of modern slab kitchen doors: 18mm MDF in supermatt, supergloss and ultragloss finishes, edged on all four sides, in any size from 100mm to 2540mm high and 1200mm wide.

How much do Zurfiz doors cost?

A standard 715 × 496mm supermatt door is £54.01 including VAT. A non-standard size is priced as the next standard size up plus 10%, and ultragloss colours cost a little more. The builder above shows the exact price for every size.

Will Zurfiz doors fit my kitchen?

Yes, as they’re made to the exact size of your existing doors. They fit most UK kitchens, including Howdens, Magnet, Wickes, B&Q and IKEA cabinets, as long as you measure each door.

What is the difference between supermatt and ultragloss?

Supermatt has a velvety, fingerprint-resistant matt finish and is the same colour on both sides. Ultragloss is a high-shine acrylic finish with a deep, reflective look.

Can you drill the hinge holes?

Yes. Choose left, right or top hinges in the builder and give the positions; we drill 35mm hinge cups so your existing hinges usually fit.

How long do Zurfiz doors take?

BA makes and despatches them in about 8 working days, then they’re delivered to you or ready to collect from our Cheltenham showroom.

Can I see Zurfiz colours before I order?

Yes. Ask us for a sample, or visit our showroom at 60 Alstone Lane, Cheltenham, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Do you deliver Zurfiz doors outside Gloucestershire?

Yes, to mainland UK. Doors ordered on their own are £10 + VAT delivery.
