Choose a stile width from 20mm to 100mm in 10mm steps (90mm as standard). With 20mm and 30mm stiles, hinge screws must be no longer than 12.7mm.

How much is a Shaker made to measure door?A Shaker door 715 × 496mm, the size on most UK base units, is £44.22 including VAT, in any colour. Every price on this page is for a standard size; a size in between costs the next standard size up plus 10%, and the builder above prices yours exactly.
What sizes can Shaker doors be made in?Any size up to 1200mm wide and 2540mm high, to the millimetre. Shaker doors have the full design from 220mm wide, and drawer fronts from 60mm high and 100mm wide. Choose a stile width from 20mm to 100mm in 10mm steps (90mm as standard). With 20mm and 30mm stiles, hinge screws must be no longer than 12.7mm.
Is Shaker made in high gloss?No. Shaker is made in 54 matt, supermatt, Paint Flow Matt, classic and woodgrain colours, but not in high gloss.
Can Shaker doors be glazed?Yes. Shaker doors can be made with open frame, Georgian frame or feature frames, for glass, either open for your own glass or fitted with clear acrylic glazing. Glazed frames are for doors, not drawer fronts.
Do you drill the hinge holes?Yes, if you’d like. Each 35mm hinge cup is drilled with its centre 22.5mm in from the door edge, at the positions you give us, for £1.12 a hole. Copy the positions from your old doors.
How long do Shaker doors take?They’re made to order by BA and usually despatched from the factory within 7 working days, then delivered to you. We confirm the date when you order.
